Systems Integration

Implement and test the initial conversion integration as well as the ongoing integration process with legacy systems and other systems external to the project.

At the conclusion of this process, the organization will have a fully functional integration process with error correction and data validation procedures in place.

Data Quality Review and Conversion

Assist with the review of legacy data, mapping to new database(s), development of cleansing and migration strategies, review conversion results and establish ongoing conversion policies.

Post Implementation Review

Assist the project team with ongoing evaluation of the implementation in terms of the original goals, budgets, system utilization, user acceptance, system tuning and update planning.
