Contract Negotiation

We work as our client's advocate with vendors through "arm's length" negotiation to obtain the best pricing for the complete solution (software, hardware, support and services).

During this project phase we assist with contract design, legal review and provide recommendations based on prior negotiations. We also assist with visits to the vendor's locations for development, support and administration.

We have had significant success in this area and have saved our clients millions of dollars in license fees, ongoing support and implementation costs.

At the end of this process the organization will be in a position to present a complete project budget, detailed implementation plans and vendor contracts to management for final execution.
