Trinh Abrell, CEO, PMPTrinh Abrell CEO

Trinh Abrell joined MAS in 2004 as Vice President. Her challenge was to expand the MAS presence in the North American marketplace. In conjunction with the MAS growth effort, Ms. Abrell has also expanded the Sarbanes-Oxley practice to help clients design and implement internal control solutions. Through this practice, MAS is one of the leading companies to provide solutions in the areas of SAS 70 and SOX compliance. Also, under her direction, the MAS HRMS consulting division has grown to provide strategic planning and detailed guidance for self-service HR web applications. Recently MAS has specialized in streamlining such web based HR functions as recruiting and open benefits enrollment.

Prior to joining MAS, Ms. Abrell held a variety of management positions. Most recently she was an IT Manager with Retriever Payment Systems of Houston, Texas, now merged with National Processing Company (NPC). Ms. Abrell was also employed by Enron where she managed a web development group.

In late 2008, Ms. Abrell took the position of Chief Executive Officer for MAS and established corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas. This move will better position MAS HQ in a more central location to better serve our national and international clients.

Michael Holland PresidentMichael Holland, General Manager

Michael Holland founded Management Advisory Systems, Corp. in 1993 with a group of former “Big Six” managers and industry experts. He has managed and participated in hundreds of business based technology projects over the past twenty years. Mr. Holland worked for Arthur Andersen and PriceWaterhouse/Coopers as a project manager and practice director, responsible for supervising systems projects for clients ranging from multinational enterprises to mid-size organizations.

Since founding MAS he has increased the service offerings of the company, providing depth as well as breadth to a diversified portfolio of projects and clients. Recently, he has created a new division of Management Advisory Systems to handle international clients, with projects in China, Kazakhstan, and Vietnam.

Currently, Mr. Holland is working on a book on Customer Relationship Management which he co-authors with Ms. Trinh Abrell.

Tim Sheck, Vice President - Western Region

Tim Sheck has worked in many capacities servicing the Media and Graphic Communications Industry for the past twenty-eight years. He has been responsible for the design, creation and implementation of technology based workflow enhancements and solutions, driving internal efficiencies and promoting strong client relationships in many of the business sectors serviced throughout the industry.

Prior to joining Management Advisory Systems, Mr. Sheck was Executive Vice President of National Operations for Applied Graphics Technologies, responsible for maximizing operational efficiencies of over fifty-six facilities, through the standardization and integration of internal workflows, process toolsets and system automation, tailored to industry specific market sector requirements. Mr. Sheck was also President of the Western Region, managing over $100 million in annual revenue. Through technology based workflow enhancements, profitability of the Western Region increased by a “CAGR” of over twenty-four percent during the two and one-half years he was President.

Roger Drolet, CPA, MBA, CISA, CITP - Director of ERP solutions and Governence, Risk and Compliance

Roger is an information systems specialist with over thirty (30) years of relevant business experience including “Big Six” audit experience, private organization management and over 15 years of experience implementing and upgrading tier one enterprise solutions.  Roger has served as the project lead in many systems implementations for multinational organizations as well as developed industry leading expertise in the areas of corporate Governance, Risk and Compliance.

Roger’s seasoned business judgement as well as wide exposure to large scale implementations provides MAS with unparalleled expertise in the ERP arena

Barry Bontemps, Project Coordination and Management

Barry Bontemps joined the firm subsequent to the completion of a large systems selection and implementation project for a major university. He has been involved with large-scale systems replacements for a wide variety of clients in several industries for the past twenty years. He has held a wide variety of high-level management positions in the Federal Government and other large institutions.
